PassFitPro is an exam preparation app for fitness certification candidates. This policy explains how the app and the PassFitPro website handle data.
Information we collect
The app does not collect personal information. It has no accounts and no sign-in, and does not request your name, email address, phone number, contacts or location.
Data stored on your device
Your study progress - chapters read, quiz results, saved concepts, streaks and daily goals - is stored locally on your device. It is not transmitted to us and we cannot access it. Uninstalling the app removes it.
Network use
The app downloads study content from our content server over HTTPS. These requests retrieve content only; no personal data is sent.
Third-party services
The app contains no advertising, analytics, crash reporting or tracking software, and does not read device identifiers. We do not share data with third parties.
Permissions
The app requests a single Android permission, internet access, which it uses to download study material.
Website
If you submit your email address on the PassFitPro website, we store that address and use it only to send what you requested. It is not sold or shared. You can unsubscribe using the link in any email, or by contacting us.
Children
PassFitPro is intended for adults pursuing professional certification. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold. Contact legal@passfitpro.app and we will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy. The date above reflects the current version.
