• Food & nutrition logs: meals, scans, and calorie entries you create
• Activity data: exercise logs you enter manually
• Community content: posts, comments, and images you share
• Crash reports: error logs and device info collected automatically to improve stability

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the TrackBite service
• To personalise nutrition and fitness recommendations
• To enable community features
• To diagnose crashes and fix bugs

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Google Gemini API — AI-powered food recognition
• USDA FoodData Central — nutritional data
• Cloudinary — image storage
• Google Sign-In — optional authentication

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your data is soft-deleted and permanently purged after 30 days.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Account deletion is also available directly within the app under Settings.

Children's Privacy

TrackBite is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the effective date above.
